When you first open iSoul, you will be prompted to create a username and password:

Select "Preferences" under the iSoul drop-down menu:

You can create a username and password from step 1 under the Accounts menu. In selecting
a username, do not use a name which will directly identify you. Especially do not use your BOL
username and password:

Next, select the "Sharing" option under Preferences. Entering a value of zero for "Limit total upload
bandwidth to __" renders an error message, meaning that iSoul cannot fully prevent file sharing with
its available options. See the next step for how to manually prevent file sharing:

In order to cancel a download, select "Uploads" from the sidebar menu. Right click on an upload in
progress, and select the "Clear Transfer" option:
