Under Protocols (using Ares as an example), the UCLA Applied Security Team does not reccomend the use of your BOL logon ID and password, as this may compromise your identity if using Poisoned:
Under Poisoned's default settings, your downloads folder is a mandated share folder. In other options, enter a value of "0" (zero) for "Maximum Uploads" and "Per User" and enter an Upload Speed of "1" (one) to, to the greatest extent, minimize the upload speed for Poisoned:
