Select "Preferences" under the Tomato drop-down menu:
Enter a value of "0" (zero) for "MB upload limit per torrent."
Note that the default setting of Tomato prevents the "Default Maximum Upload Rate" from existing under 1 K/s. Entering a value of "0" (zero) will result in a change to an unlimited K/s maximum upload rate:
